We have two choices

Its been a long time since the last time I updated this blog. I made few changes and obviously its for the better. Well I guess, this entry should be long since I have a lot of things to blog. I don't know how and where to start really !!! Well, ok this is it. As you guys know I am presently working here in Abha Saudi Arabia. I could say that this land is different from ours. People here are weird, reserved yet crazy very pathetic yet very extremely annoying especially PANGHE and KULOT. ( yeah... we call them with these names just don't ask why!) For 3 months of stay. I have been through sorrow and day passes by with feelings of emptiness and low self esteem. They ruined our life up to the extent of losing everything what we have literally speaking!

They watch our every step, they make issues out of something and make it a big headline in our hospital. They want to make up stories based on what they heard but not with facts or even basis. Somehow I tried to understand these people because they are ignorant and know nothing but too much is too much. Sometimes we have to set our limits for them to realize that you are a human being you have feelings and needs. They provoke us to be what we don't want to be but sometimes situation demands for change even for worst its better to go on with the flow and give them what they want and that is being strong and learn to stand without the any any help of other people. Here, people have mask, fakes and plastics. all kinds of people I have to learn to deal with it. Sometimes they are good but mostly they are bad. I am not a bad person but if my ego and my philosophy was being stepped down I am not a kind of person who will keep silent. I know we came from different races but it is not an excuse to respect people... I am doing my work to the best as I can but this place doesn't deserve the BEST OF ME! frankly speaking I am not happy and not motivated cause my expectations were not meet. though I have somebody out there still, these people will never stop until I SHOUTED AT THEM AND YELL AT THEM AND THROW MY RETAINERS RIGHT STRAIGHT TO THEIR FACE!( Yeah im warming them because I can feel the vibes that I might explode without any signs.... ^^ I mean it... I am a nice person really I swear but dont catch me in a bad mood because you will see the other side of me.. I MIGHT BITE YOU! and SWALLOW YOU!!! I SWEAR!!!!

Anyway, after all We are still here cause we have no choice..

............................ ---after alll......... s2 is there... yippeeee.....!!!!!
I LOVE YOU SAEED....

new love

hello everyone... how's everyone there... its been a long ime since the last time I updated my blog.. I have valid reasons...
1. busy ako sa work at walang internet connection
2. tinatamad ako...
3. sa sobrang dami kong isulat.. di ko alam saan mag uumpisa...

well, during my 1st month in saudi arabia. I met this man named s2. he used to be my co worker before... blah. blah.... blah.... and the history.. is blah blah... -----------> now he's my boyfriend... shocking... =) coz I never imagined myself having affair with any arab people coz not just they look like terrorist some of them are really CRAZY... maginon... but there are exceptions pala and he's one of them... ^^ he cannot speak english that good and i can't speak arabic fluently and its so weird how we communicate to each other.. basta nangyari... we know naman na saudi arabia has a very extreme culture.. bwal lahat... PERO WE BREAK RULES!!!nagkikita kami, naguusap, ng lahat ==== PATAGO.... few people lang ang nakakaalam ONLY OUR TRUSTED friends.... ^^ ganito dito!!! its very hard yet exciting.... ^^ may kasamang thrill kasi eh... He's very cute, respectful and very very sweet... I am so happy though I miss my family over there .... hmmm... but cicumstances made me strong... I know GOD has a purpose why Im here.... I am enjoying my life indepently but still practicing to be IN-CONTROLLLEEEDDDD.... I still know the consequences of my actions...
Now, I overcome my fears... = separation anxeity sa family na overcome ko... now, i am opening a new chapter of my life hope you guys will keep in touch and be with me as I explore new experiences.... HAy!

graduate nurse vs experience nurse

A graduate nurse throws up when the
patient does.
An experienced nurse calls
housekeeping when a patient throws up.
TRUE

A graduate nurse wears so many pins on
their name badge you can't read it.
An experienced nurse doesn't wear a
name badge for liability reasons.
MOST OF THE TIME IT IS TRUE

A graduate nurse charts too much.
An experienced nurse doesn't chart
enough.
YUP.. WE HAVE TOO MUCH WORKLOAD IN OUR
HANDS TO WASTE IT ON PAPERWORKS!

A graduate nurse loves to run codes.
An experienced nurse makes graduate
nurses run to codes.
nah! NO TO THAT

A graduate nurse wants everyone to
know they are a nurse.
An experienced nurse doesn't want
anyone to know they are a nurse.
TRUE FOR ME..

A graduate nurse keeps detailed notes
on a pad.
An experienced nurse writes on the
back of their hand, paper
scraps,napkins, etc.
DAT SERVES THE PURPOSE OF D KARDEX RYT?

A graduate nurse will spend all day
trying to re-orient a patient.
An experienced nurse will chart the
patient is disoriented and restrain
them.
NOPE..WE ONLY RESTRAIN PATIENT ONLY
WHEN DEY IMPOSE HARM TO THEMSEVES

A graduate nurse can hear a beeping I-
med at 50 yards.
An experienced nurse can't hear any
alarms at any distance.
I CAN EVEN HEAR THE CALL LIGHT FROM
THE FOOR NEXT TO OURS!

A graduate nurse spends 2 hours giving
a patient a bath.
An experienced nurse lets the CNA give
the patient a bath.
WE DO THE MRNG CARE ALTOGETHER WITH
THE NA's

A graduate nurse thinks people respect
nurses.
An experienced nurse knows everybody
blames everything on the nurse.
YES! DEFINITELY TRUE! AS ALWAYS!

A graduate nurse looks for blood on a
bandage hoping they will get to change
it.
An experienced nurse knows a little
blood never hurt anybody.
I DONT THINK SO..

A graduate nurse looks for a
chance "to work with the family".
An experienced nurse avoids the family.
YES WEN THEY PRETEND DAT THEY KNOW HOW
TO MANAGE THEIR PATIENTS!

A graduate nurse always answers their
phone.
An experienced nurse checks their
caller ID before answering the phone.
HEHEHE..

A graduate nurse thinks psych patients
are interesting.
An experienced nurse thinks psych
patients are crazy.
CORRECT!

A graduate nurse carries reference
books in their bag.
An experienced nurse carries magazines
and lunch in their bag.
NOPE..WE'RE PROFESSIONA ENOUGH NOT TO
DO SUCH

A graduate nurse doesn't find this
funny.
An experienced nurse does.
I DONT THINK SO..

A very long update

It's been a lomg time since the last time I Updated my blog. I updated my blog in multiply but updating my blogger took me several weeks. I am so busy. still adjusting with everything around me. climate here is different , foods here are spicy smelly yet yummy ( weird?), basta culture shock ako nung una pero nag aadjust naman ako.

Im loving my work cause I learned a lot from it. Not just on my work mainly but also my totatity as a person. I am so independent I do things on my own, decide for myself, and do my own things. I believed everything happens for a reason, Im here for a PURPOSE. and Im still finding it and searching for the answer,

now I know the real meaning of life... Im so blessed to be whereI am now.

i will never forget this experience ....
